we have stayed for one night , but we loved the hotel, it is new, calm and 5 min away from everything. the staff was excellent & very helpful. the room was exactly what we expected.

Prompt room service here! No complaints at all; I'd totally come back. It's super close to the airport 🛫. Perfect spot for a vacation around here.

The staff was welcoming and friendly during our stay, which was appreciated. Another aspect we liked was the proximity to local shops and attractions, making it easy to navigate the area. We also enjoyed having access to a kitchenette in the room.

The WiFi connection was weak and inconsistent throughout our stay, which was frustrating. the breakfast selection lacked variety and the self-service setup meant there was no assistance from staff if needed.

Great location in the heart of the old city! We loved being able to walk to restaurants, cafes, and the old souk. the breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Best aspects: Central location, tasty breakfast, and friendly staff.

The room was a bit outdated and in need of renovation. Wifi was only available in the lobby and was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating.

We loved the hotel's location, which was close to the historical city center and had easy access to the highway. The staff was exceptional in their support and kindness, and they even helped us with arranging our PCR test. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and we appreciated the easy parking in the underground garage.

This hotel is a great base for festival-goers, with its location close to the highway and adjacent to the old town area of Byblos. the helpful staff draws maps , making it easy to find the festival grounds. the breakfast is fresh and has many options available on the buffet table.

The air conditioner in some of the rooms is difficult to control, making it hard to manage the temperature in their room.
